Data we collect

When you book with us or contact us on WhatsApp, we may collect: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, trip details (route, date, passenger count), and the content of your WhatsApp conversation with us when you contact our team.

How we use your data

We use this data to: process bookings and payments, send e-tickets/invoices by email, answer your questions through our WhatsApp Business team, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Online card, QRIS, virtual-account and e-wallet payments are processed by DOKU. DOKU receives the booking amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), your name, and the contact details needed to open the invoice. Trans Gili does not store your full card number.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4Q1G3B8G2E) to understand which pages and booking steps are used. Google may receive usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type through cookies set by that tag. Prices shown in US dollars on the site are an approximate display at a fixed rate. The amount you are charged is always in IDR.

Data storage

Data is stored on our database servers and is not shared externally except as needed to deliver the service (for example our email provider, DOKU for online payment, Google Analytics for site measurement).

Your rights

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.
